| 1:04.0 | Yeah, just before the birth of the dot com bubble. |
| 1:07.0 | Okay. So right before the birth of the dot com bubble, he came out with this book. |
| 1:11.0 | And the reason we're reading this book is because Wilbur Ross, who's a billionaire here in the US, |
| 1:16.0 | I think his net worth is around $2.9 billion. He's the one who has endorsed this book. |
| 1:21.0 | And so that's why we pulled it out. And we're also curious to read it for ourselves |
| 1:24.0 | because we talk about the Schiller ratio so much on the show as a metric for valuing where the market's at. |
