It's amazing, man. It's been seamless. It's cool seeing the operations and the renovations like we were talking about. And, yeah, it's very cool to see what you've done with it. But first things first, what happened at Bigger Pockets with David Green, the two host, David Green and Rob Abasolo? Why did they get rid of both of the hosts? I actually wasn't even there when it happened. So to my knowledge, I honestly can't even speak on it. But that's probably a question for somebody much higher than me over a bigger pocket. Okay. Okay. Yeah, I was just curious. I mean, they got rid of, what's his name left? Brandon Turner left. And then David Green took over with Rob. And then I saw all of a sudden they were gone.
