This rant from the British newspaper columnist, author and broadcaster Melanie Phillips is insane.

I'm just going to say it, it's insane. It's hateful. It's nauseating. And it is instructive.

You see, what you're going to hear is not the rantings of a fringe fanatic.

This is a columnist for the Times newspaper, which is owned, of course, by Rupert Murdoch.

It still styles herself as Britain's newspaper of record. She's got a long association with

Britain's public broadcaster, the BBC, long appearing as a regular panelist on Radio 4's

Morr's Maize. She's been on the BBC flagship question time multiple times. I'm ashamed to say

she's to work for the Guardian newspaper. I'd say she's been on quite the journey since.

Just brace yourself what she says in this speech she delivered in New York for Shirat Haddin,

an Israeli organisation which has links to Mossad, which engages in lawfare against champions of Palestinian rights. The

title of the conference is Rage Against the Hate, which Azul here is as an Orwellian

perversion of the English language as you're going to get. Why is all this happening? Well, I think

that the Palestine cause is absolutely central. The Palestine

cause, as we all know here, is based on nothing other than the destruction of the Jewish

state, but more than that, it is also based on stealing the Jews' own history in the land

from them. But the Palestine cause has become the

cause of causes in the West, which of course is in the business of destroying its own core values

which come from Judaism. No coincidence. In my view, the Palestine cause is a form of holy war,

Islamic holy war, and it is a Trojan horse for the Islamization of the West.

By adopting the language and the moral inversion of the Palestine cause,

the West has brought into the agenda for its own destruction at the hands of Islam.

This is a death wish by the West.
