Can I offer suggestions on coping with the tension between work and family?

One immediate and perhaps most important that comes to mind in a specific recommendation

is that there have to be regular set times that family slash spouse or better family and or spouse

because sometimes it has to be spouse without family

There has to be set times I think that women more instinctively know this

which is why it was his hair that was pulled and not hers

for family and for spouse

and for both

I have as I say I have learned and for a spouse and for both.

As I say, I have learned this and it has been very helpful,

whether it be, if you're a busy man at the office,

why can't there be lunchtimes if it if it's possible to arrange, a lunchtime with your wife, or wife, busy, lunchtime with your husband?
