so far, a great week and a great end of April. This month has been one for the books

with regarding my physical health and how much improvement

I've been able to have, which is getting me really excited for May because I've put on a little

challenge that I'm excited to do. You guys know I've already committed to the next eight weeks.

So I kind of opened this up so we could do kind of a challenge together. I'll talk about that a little

later in the podcast. But right now, guys, I am so winded. I just sat down and I am so tired from

my last physical therapy. Oof, they put me to work. Like I am full out sprinting. I'm,

they have me doing the most and I love it. Like I'm for it I'm not complaining about it but I am really

tired and fatigued but that's exactly what I need and what my body needs getting back into this

it's actually really nice working out around a group and like with people having this group of

physical therapists watch to make sure I'm doing it properly and not skipping anything it's

like great for accountability but I had to run

16 minutes straight today. What? Oh my gosh. It has been probably since November since I have done that.

It has been a very long time. It's been at least four months since I've had any kind of really

rigorous physical activity. You know, slowly I've been building that in.

But gee whiz, dude, 16 minutes, my jaw was on the floor.
