We're so glad that you joined us and happy New Year. Happy 2019. I don't know about you, but I am really excited about what

2019 has in store. 2018 was great. Glad it's gone. It's good to be in 2019.

I hope you enjoyed the holidays. I hope you got some time with family and

friends. It was my goal kind of unwritten to eat my body weight in food and I

got pretty close to that goal.

Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and now it's back to the gym.

In fact, I went to the gym this morning.

There was me and about 5,000 people there,

and we'll be there for the next two weeks,

and then we'll take six months off,

because that's how we do.

But today's gonna be a great day.

I thought maybe to start off 2019.

I'd love just to read to you a scripture verse that really encourages me, kind of inspires me.

It's the words of Jesus. It's found in Matthew Chapter 11, and it starts in verse 28 and if you've been in church for any period of time you've probably heard this verse if you haven't I'm sure it's gonna bless you and here's what Jesus says it says come to me all who labor and are heavy laden and I will give you rest.

Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I'm gentle and lowly in heart and you will find rest

for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.

My yoke is easy and burn is light. I love this verse. I'm 42 now and so this verse means a lot to me. If I'm being
