1:00.0	Today was one of the craziest days in the trial of Kyle Ritnaus, and I didn't think it could get any crazier.
1:07.1	When the state brought in gauge gross crates, who testified that he was only fired upon when he pointed a weapon at Kyle Ritnaus, I thought it was just two nuts.
1:17.1	Today, there was the defense filed a motion for a mistrial with prejudice, meaning that the prosecution has committed misconduct or error to such a degree.
1:26.6	There can't be a fair trial.
1:27.8	And because of this, they should not be allowed to retry Kyle Ritnaus.
1:32.4	The judge actually said, I will take the motion under advisement, yelled at the prosecutor on more than I can't even legit literally yelled at him and said, if one more thing happens.
1:43.4	So here's what we might see. We probably won't, but there's people speculating about a directed verdict in which the judge could just say as a matter of law, Kyle Ritnaus is not guilty.
1:52.2	I'm not convinced that it'll happen, but hey, I'm not a lawyer. I have no idea.
1:55.4	The other thing that could happen is that the defense could come in in the morning with a full motion filed for a mistrial with prejudice.
2:02.3	And this was over specifically the prosecutors bringing up evidence that Judge had ruled would not be allowed and the prosecution questioned Kyle Ritnaus because of his right to remain silent.
2:12.6	It was such an egregious violation. The judge called it a grave constitutional violation and actually yelled at the prosecutor saying it's a matter of, I mean, he's yelling a matter of basic law for 50 years.
2:24.2	Crazy. We got to talk about all this.
