You know you should make the most of it and live it the way you want do what makes you happy and

Knowing that it is this one shot makes that life all the more worth living for and there's a Strombella song that I really like the line is I don't want a never ending life but I want to be alive while I'm here and it's kind kind of like, yeah, I think that's very true.

Like you should aim to just live a bright life

For my second such guest, I am excited to bring on Tim Tolipsin.

And what can I say about Tim Tolipsin?

Well, the first thing that comes to mind is his pure zeal and joy for running.

He's been running since about high school from everything cross country and the steeple chase and now of course in the mountains

where he regularly puts in big miles in Fert. He has a very impressive resume including

two U.S. Olympic trial qualifiers, a win at the Ultra Trail Australia 100K,

finished on the podium in third place as the top American in the past two Ultra Trail

Dumont Blanks, arguably the biggest and most competitive 100 mile race in the sport, but really probably best known for having the best head of hair this side of the Mississippi.

He currently calls Mammoth Lakes home where he is married to the charmingly Mercurial

Lindsay Tolson, works as a PT, a physical therapist, as a day job, and is a Hoka

one one, excuse me, h-One-A athlete whenever he sheds its cities for a jaunt in the mountains.

social media handles, right? It'll fill in with Tim Tollopson Strava, Tim Tollops in Twitter, Tim Tollips in Instagram. in nothing. I don't know.
