So I had this whole other thing planned and laid out for today when the special lady friend

said, have you checked Apple News lately?

I spent the rest of the day kind of overwhelmed by the task that was this.

So I did some reading, followed by some more reading.

Then I just kind of wrote out the feelings part of Monday's announcement from Apple.

Apple issued a press release late in the day Monday announcing the retirement of one CEO and the

naming of another.

Well, retirement as CEO.
