0:59.3	Tim was at the conference to collect the 2019 Morning Star Award for exemplary stewardship, which our analysts bestowed on Vanguard for consistently putting investors front and center where they belong.
1:10.2	By way of introduction, Tim has been running Vanguard since January 2018 when he took over
1:15.0	from his predecessor, Bill McNabb. Tim's a longtime Vanguard veteran having joined the firm in 1991.
