It's a great passage of scripture, but it's really interesting to see how the biblical language really comes to

life in describing and identifying what we see as normal life in a fallen human world. And

the Bible is unafraid to use this terminology of deep affliction, calamity, suffering, trials,

difficulties of various kinds, the Bible says, and I would argue varying

degrees. And this is not a strange or a foreign concept in the scripture. And it's important,
