It's been three years since I uploaded my first episode. It was May 4th, 2022. It was in this basement.

I was staring at a wall. I titled the episode, Talking to a Wall, and I pushed publish. And looking back on the old videos of me starting the podcast, I feel a lot of emotions. I feel proud because I'm like,

oh my gosh, literally I can't believe I'm where I'm at now. It's so crazy that it's been three years

because I feel like that was yesterday. But then at the same time, I'm like, that was a million

years ago. Like, I feel like I've been doing this my whole life, but I've only been doing it

three years. And in the videos of me starting this, I look so different. I have the worst

lip filler on the planet. I have
