It's actually a relatively benchmark moment during the MLB off season.

That is the deadline to accept or say no thank you on qualifying offers.

So a handful of major MLB free agents were made the qualifying offer, including

Pete Alonzo and Juan Soto, and they of course are going to turn that down. Some have decisions to make.

Luis Severino, Sean Maniah, though there's reports that both of them will turn it down. But four o'clock

is the deadline. And really all that means is they're going to be free agents. They're not accepting the one year $21 million deal. And if you lose said players, you're actually going to get

a draft pickback. Not that that's going to make any Yankee fan feel better if they lose Juan Soto

or any MET fan feel better if they lose Pete Alonzo. So coming up at 4 o'clock, we'll officially know who said yes, who said no,

and we'll take a closer look at the latest developments in free agency, including the teams Wansoto is now meeting with today, and over the next few days, now concerning that may be

for all of us. But I am a man of honesty. We all are. We try to hold ourselves accountable.

And a few months ago, Tiki Barber said something into the microphone here at WFAN that caused a lot of consternation.
