be. And one guy who's very close to the Giants is Tekey Barber, also very close to us does the

afternoon show here at the fan. And in Teke's opinion, maybe this is where Daibble kind of

slipped a little bit. Brian Daibel had created a culture back in 2022 where you had to earn your right to be on the field.

You had to earn his trust.

Otherwise, you didn't play or they went and found somebody else.

And over the last few years, it felt like that slipped.

It felt like when effort or desire wasn't there, guys still

played. So maybe that's part of where he lost favor. Who knows? Here was Marcus Spears on ESPN.

He really thought Daible was starting to build something with Jackson Darton, especially if you

look at what's gone on the last few years. It's the most we've seen out of this offense in years. That's my issue with this move. You got a young quarterback. You had a rick and running back. Malik neighbors out to your point, RC, and this team was having leads against teams in the fourth quarter. Nobody expected for the New York Giants to even make the playoffs, right? But they were giving them, they were giving themselves opportunities to win

some of these games. But we're in closing the games. At the end of the day, though, elevating

Mike Kafka does not in hindrance in any way the development of Jackson Dart when Jackson

Dart's coming back to play. This is the guy's calling the plays. This guy deals with us telling

Joe this morning earlier, Jerry, that the quarterback spends most of the time with the

quarterback coach and the offensive coordinator. Sometimes it's the same guy that has

the both positions. And, you know, Mike Kaffkin and Jackson Dart have been together since

the day that Jackson Dart was drafted because the head coach has got to do other things.

You know, so, you know, maybe Jackson Dart's ascension here has to do with the coaching of Mike Kafka.

One thing that also seems to be universal is people are surprised.
