I think when I'm asked, what is the key to a successful podcast?

I say, well, having great guests because although they come for the guests, they stay for

the host.

You also want to keep going.

Just keep going.

90 plus percent of all podcasts don't air episodes after the first dozen or such.

After nearly 300 episodes, we are not just keeping going, we're now doubling down and

releasing two every week on Tuesday and on Friday for now 100 plus episodes a year.

Our focus every week is to invest, to pour into you as a listener and viewer to make you

a better leader.

You might be a better marketing leader, a better operations leader, a better leader in

your entrepreneurship or side hustle venture, a better leader as a parent of spouse, a caregiver,

a partner.
