I love that we get to just have a little bit of time, you know, to collect ourselves,

notice what is, you know, just happening before we go out into the world.

Or maybe you're decompressing after a long day, whatever it is.

You know, I think when we tune in together here, it's like a,

it's like a nourishing act for ourselves, you know.

For me as well, like this feels good for me as well.

So I'm always very appreciative of your presence because your presence is everything.

Your presence has so much purpose, so much power.

I've been noticing a shift in energy lately.

Like the tides are shifting in our favor finally.

You know, sometimes in life you just feel like you're going against the wind for so long and not even because you're going in the wrong direction sometimes the wind is just

blowing against you and it gets exhausting but the tides have to shift someday, and I believe that they are. It's kind of like

when you can feel the rain is in the air. You know, right now I live in the Pacific Northwest. And

anyone that does or anyone that has lived in the Pacific Northwest, you know the feeling. You can

see the color in the sky and the mist and you can just tell it's about to rain, you understand.

And the same goes with our own intuition. We could feel the tide shifting in our favor before it even happens.

Before it even happens.

And it's a powerful shift too.

Like, ooh, I've been feeling it within myself and it's overwhelming.

I'm like, oh, this is going to be wild.
