Some interesting developments in the Fanny Willis case, the judge McCaffy, has just issued his ruling and what he does is,

well, I suppose to some degree he splits the baby or he has a divided ruling in judicial language or legal language, he goes, the motion to disqualify is denied in part and affirmed in part.

So what does the judge here say? Well well he generally resolves the factual issues kind of in favor of

Fanny Willis by saying in effect what she did is not demonstrably wrong, but it gives the impression of being

wrong.
