It was still so hard to admit that I wanted to win because I was scared of failure.

I was so scared to say I want to win the Crossford games and I don't do it.

You know because like, oh, it's just a horrible feeling. It's hard to put yourself out there and say that.

It is. Like it makes you very vulnerable.

I'm so excited to share part B of this very insightful

two-part episode with you with two times second fittest woman

on earth in 2016 Olympian, Tia Claire Toomey.

I've been a big fan of Tia since first meeting her after the 2015 Crossfit

games and we finally had the chance to sit down and catch up at Chris Hinchaw's

annual training camp in Cookville, Tennessee a couple of weeks ago.

A little bit of background about Tia, she grew up on a sugar cane farm on the Sunshine
