Hello, everybody. I'm John Fawcett with this Great America show Midday Update for Thursday, May 1st.

0:04.9

Happy May folks. Those April showers, hopefully we'll start to bring some May flowers.

0:10.7

Some big news out of the White House this morning. We have our first departure. That's right.

0:15.1

National Security Advisor Mike Waltz and his deputy Alex Wong will be departing the White House this afternoon.

0:21.3

You may recall Mike Waltz. He was at the center of the Signalgate leaked chat.

0:25.4

1:18.2

departing this afternoon, as I said, with most of his team. And the Marxist Dems can't seem to

1:25.3

get a hold of themselves. So who's coming to the rescue? That's right,

1:28.4

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries. King Jeffries has apparently figured out how bad it is and how

1:34.6

bad it looks for members of his party to be traveling to El Salvador to advocate for illegals who

1:40.1

have been deported by the Trump administration. Jeffries is reportedly quietly telling other Democrats

1:45.6

to knock off the trips and to stay the hell away from El Salvador.
