Thursday, folks. The weekend is almost here. It's a new day and rogue judges are acting up again.

That's right. Another black robe tyrant attempting to unscroped authority from America's duly elected president.

This afternoon, U.S. District Court Judge Joseph LaPlante announced that he would issue

a preliminary injunction against President Trump's executive order ending birthright citizenship,

free legales, and narrow the class covered to children only.

LaPlante, who was nominated by George W. Bush, also said he would grant a seven-day stay

for the order for court efficiency. Now, this is exactly what the Supreme Court said that these rogue

judges can't do anymore. LaPlante made the ruling after the ACLU, a Marxist left organization,

and other illegal alien activists begged him to grant class action

status to a lawsuit that they filed seeking to represent any babies who are citizenship status

would be threatened by the implementation of President Trump's directive.

Now, as I said, the injunction comes just merely days after the Supreme Court restricted the ability of judges to block

President Trump's policy using nationwide injunctions. That was the 6-3 decision where the court

sided with the Trump administration ruling that federal district courts lack constitutional

or statutory authority to issue so-called, quote, universal injunctions, sweeping order that blocked the

government policies nationwide, often at the request of these left-wing advocacy groups.

Under this Supreme Court ruling, President Trump's executive order would take effect on July 27th.

The ACLU and others filed the suit just six hours after the Supreme Court ruling.

According to President Trump, the 14th Amendment is being hijacked by the left to give citizenship

to what he calls anchor babies, which are children of illegal migrants.

That's right.
