1:00.1	Well, in some ways, it's as simple as the seven year Republican quest to dismantle the Affordable Care Act clapped.
1:09.2	This certainly seems like the end of the road for Republican.
1:13.4	So Tom, how is it possible that you are now back on the line with me and we are talking about another Republican attempt to repeal the Affordable Care Act?
1:29.2	It actually goes back in July with all of the controversy surrounding the Republican Obamacare replacement bill.
1:35.5	One GOP Senator is working on unveiling his own health care plan.
1:39.2	A couple of senators started working on their own kind of alternative proposal for repealing and replacing the Affordable Care Act.
1:47.9	Lindsey Graham and Bill Cassidy.
1:50.2	And what we attempted to do and we're going to introduce this as part of the Graham Cassidy amendment in which we attempt to establish
1:57.5	fairness for all Americans in terms of the support they receive from the federal taxpayer.
2:03.2	And this didn't get a ton of attention. It was kind of seen as an idea that they had that probably wasn't going to go anywhere, but they kept at it.
2:12.0	They've worked on it over the past month or two and came out with a bill a week ago.
2:18.4	And they've managed to actually get some momentum here and get other Republicans on board.
