Good morning, everyone, the simple handicap for Thursday, October 27th. Thank you for making me a part of your morning.

NFL week eight kicks off tonight with the Baltimore Ravens on the road to Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

And it's been interesting movement in the last 24 hours to say the least.

A surprise to me at least, I think a lot of other people as well, that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers

despite the lineup of injuries that they are dealing with, especially on the defensive

side of the football within the secondary, got that pretty heavily yesterday.

This was a number that that depending where you were looking

but specifically at chris was two and a half and actually trending towards the three for

baltimore has come back the other way now a one point favorite this morning on the buccaneers at

crisp one and a half at Fandwell and Circa,

and other books trending slightly higher as well. But it was a very real move on the Tampa Bay

Buccaneers. And friend of the show and friend of mine, Tom, the hitman, had a tweet yesterday

that I thought was interesting to, as he referenced, bet MGM, I believe was the sports book

in particular, but there was a tweet implying how X percent was on the Buccaneers and such and

such a percent was on the Ravens, trying to imply that there was this reverse line movement

that everyone likes to talk about at that sports book specifically. And it omitted the fact that this move was simply a big bet and a big order that went in

that moved in on the Buccaneers and all the other sports books in the market where the bet was

not put into or did not originate from just copied the line and moved.

And so yes, it's going to be very clear which is the more popular side in this game,

but in terms of the line movement, it was caused by one group of people that bet it into a number

of different sports books and everyone else within the market copied it. And so we're probably

going to see a lot more of that posted around tonight, especially as we get closer to kickoff
