| 0:26.3 | safe, secure, and trustworthy development and use of artificial intelligence, end quote. |
| 0:31.8 | If anything, the document doesn't look like it was written by artificial intelligence. |
| 0:36.3 | As a matter of fact, it looks like it was written by a presidential administration in order |
| 0:40.3 | to serve the needs of a federal bureaucracy, in other words, it's not pretty. |
| 0:44.9 | Now, we can understand that the president needed to put out some kind of guidelines because |
| 0:50.1 | the biggest issue of our day in terms of technology right now is the emergence of artificial |

| 0:56.5 | We'll be having to look at this over a period of months and years, because this evolving |
| 1:01.5 | technology is clearly something that poses a definitional threat to humanity, definitional |
| 1:07.6 | because we're using the word intelligence. |
| 1:10.3 | And using the word intelligence invokes humanity, but this isn't human. |
| 1:14.4 | This is artificial, thus artificial intelligence. |
| 1:17.0 | Now, before we go any further, let me just say that as Christians, we understand that human |
| 1:22.1 | beings being made in the image of God are unique. |
| 1:26.0 | And the word unique is categorical. |
| 1:28.0 | You can't be a little bit unique. |
