It is Thursday, July 9th, or as we like to call it here, Friday Eve.

And I'm T.J. Holmes, Supposed to be well rested on this Friday

Eve given there was no World Cup yesterday. There was no Love Island. Do we sound, maybe folks

listening, do we sound a little more upbeat? Do we sound like we got more energy? I think so. I got a

78 on my sleep score last night. I know. It's the best one I've had in a very long time. Thank you, no Love Island. Thank you, no World Cup. But we're back at it today. France, Monaco, Morocco, rather than Monaco. France, Morocco is going to be playing later. And Love Island is back tonight. Somebody getting kicked off tonight? Oh no? Is that later? Someone's getting kicked off tomorrow night. We gotta get rid of two. We gotta get rid of two. Thank goodness that's on a Friday so we don't have to do morning run on Saturday morning. But looking forward to all that, wherever you may be on this Friday Eve. Hope you are having a good one.

But all in the morning run, we're going to be making stops in Boston, in Maine, in New Jersey,

in Michigan, in Arizona, as well as in Argentina.

Apparently, yes, the United States has completed a second straight day of strikes against Iran.

CENTCOM says the U.S. hit 90 Iranian targets overnight meant to further degrade Iran's

ability to attack ships in the strait of Hormuz.

So, of course, Iran says it retaliated by firing on U.S. military installations in Kuwait and

Bahrain.
