If you still have Liberty birthdays before we get to the news, Sabrina Carpenter is celebrating

today. Happy birthday, actress Alana Condor as well, football player Cam Newton and singer

Prince Royce. Happy birthday, y'all. Also in music history, it was exactly 30 years ago today

that the hip-hop group Onyx released this song, Slam. May 11th, 1993, 30 years of Slam,

happy anniversary.

All right, let's go. We jump in. Just a quick look at all the headlines across the board. We

start with the main headline out there. And today, it's US Representative George Santos,

the New York Republican that became a household name over the past year for making some pretty wild

claims. He has now been indicted on multiple charges. 13 counts here, including money laundering,

fraud and lying to Congress. He's accused of many things. One of them is that he used donated funds

to buy himself some fancy clothes and make his car payment. He was in court yesterday where he

pleaded not guilty to all of any claims he's innocent. When asked if he would resign, he said,

no, and he plans on running for re-election when the time comes. We're going to have to see how

this one plays out. Of course, if convicted, he could face up to 20 years in prison. He was released

yesterday on $500,000 bond and will be back in court at the end of June.

Now, I'm to sports now. All right, a few headlines in the world. Sports, quick update on the NBA playoffs.

First, the Warriors faced elimination last night and they won still alive. They beat the Lakers

121 to 106. They're still down three games to two with game six tomorrow night. Every series

in the second round of NBA playoffs is three games to two right now. In other LeBron news,

we found out this week that his 18 year old son, Bronny James, chose his school. He's going to play
