0:34.3	Last night I reached a peak level of loser. Do you know why? Because at one o'clock in the
0:40.6	morning, I was watching C-SPAN. Yeah, never thought I'd say those words. But the reason I was watching
0:47.2	C-SPAN was to follow along with this big, beautiful budget bill vote in the House of Representatives.
0:53.6	And as I record this a little bit
0:55.9	after 1 o'clock in the morning on the East Coast, it doesn't look like Republicans will have
1:01.2	enough votes to pass this thing. Now, there is one major caveat. At the moment, there are still
1:06.6	eight no votes and how Speaker Mike Johnson can keep this vote open basically as long as he wants.
1:13.4	And until he decides to close the vote, the Republicans who have voted no so far, the five of
1:19.2	them, are allowed to change their votes.
1:22.0	So the thought process here is Speaker Johnson has not closed the vote yet because they are
1:27.4	still trying to convince
1:28.6	some of these Republicans to go back and change their votes from a no to a yes.
