today. It's another aviation tragedy. Two small planes collided in midair

yesterday morning in Arizona. After they hit one plane managed to land, the other hit the ground

near a runway and caught fire. It's reported the two people passed away. The National

Transportation Safety Board is leading an investigation into the crash. It just feels like there's

Delta is now offering $30,000 to the passengers who are on that plane that crash landed in Toronto.

Also, I read, despite all of this news lately,

aviation accidents are actually down compared to the first month and a half of 2024.

I know it doesn't seem like it, but last year at this point, there were 123 accidents, and this year we've had 87, but fatalities have more than doubled.

So according to the data, we have had fewer accidents, but they have been more fatal.

All right, okay, on to sports first.

In legal news, seven men have been charged in connection with the alleged burglaries at the

homes of Travis Kelsey and Patrick Mahomes.

According to the U.S. Attorney's Office, these guys are all Chilean nationals and they're

part of a South American theft group that were targeting high-profile athletes.

They're said to have hit more than just the homes of Kelsey and Mahomes.
