All right, we always start with our top stories. Today, it's Russia. Still, that's the big one. There were reports out of the Kremlin that they were polling troops away from the Ukraine border, but US intelligence officials say that's not exactly true. It's the opposite. In the last few days, Russia has actually added 7,000 troops.

A White House official said, quote, every indication we have now is they mean only to publicly offer to talk and make claims about de-escalation while privately mobilizing for war. And while all of this is going on a Russian aircraft, just intercepted US Navy patrol planes in a quote, unprofessional manner, three separate times this happened. One time actually coming within five feet of an American plane. Whoa, it happened in international airspace over the Mediterranean Sea, and while nobody was hurt, it appears they were attempting to send a message.

Getting into sports your daily Olympic update. We are currently in fourth place in the medal count. We slipped. We have 20 medals. The US women's hockey team won silver last night after losing to their old rivals, Canada, three to two. Nice job, Canada. Canada is actually fifth in the medal count right now. So right behind us, Michaela Schiffrin, unfortunately, failed to finish in her final individual event of these games. And fun fact, I didn't know this. No judgment if you already knew it, but Team USA's men's Bob Slid team funded their Olympic

journey with a nearly nude calendar. They raised $90,000 in one week. Nice job, guys. Elsewhere in sports, the Rams, Super Bowl victory parade went down yesterday in LA. And it looked like the players had a good time. It was exciting. Some of these photos and video angles really made it look like, uh, forgot to invite the fans, but regardless, the guys had a great season. And they partied in other football news. The Rams were the competitors. The Cincinnati Bengals. They just locked down their head coach, Zach Taylor, for the next four years. He signed an extension through

the year 26th. And to entertainment, one of the big ones yesterday, Aaron Rodgers and Shaline Woodley have reportedly broken up the two of them started dating around July of 2020. They confirmed their engagement about this time last year. And now, like a tight pair of dress pants on the dance floor, they have split. In other relationship news, Brian Austin, Green and Sharon, a Burgess just announced that the, uh, the baby they made together as a boy is do right around independent stage of life. And this is cool. Britney Spears was invited to Washington.

DC to talk to Congress about her conservatorship battle. She received a letter back in December and just posted it to her Instagram. She said she was flattered when it arrived, but wasn't at the healing stage. Then there's still no official word on whether or not she'll go now, but that door is open.

Pete Davidson is back on Instagram. He is at PMD. Uh, as of now he hasn't posted anything yet. And he should probably disable those comments. This can be a real mess. Otherwise, he's already getting threats. And you know, Kanye's comment section and everybody else's. So just, just probably turn them off.

Pete Chatt Hanks posted a video on YouTube yesterday. He's the 31 year old son of Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson, brother of Colin Hanks. His video is titled, quote, the truth about growing up as a

Hanks and a list. He said it kind of mess with them from a young age. And I could totally see that he called the fame toxic and said, quote, I wasn't even famous. I was just the son of

somebody famous. So I hadn't even done anything to deserve any sort of recognition. That created a lot of contempt. He said he is now made peace with all of it. And he's actually

started a fitness program called the Hanks fit. It's got workout routines, meal plans, meditation techniques, Hanks fit. Good luck, Chatt.

Yes, yes, yes, on to movie and TV news. Actually, I'm just going to call this little bit of it HBO news.

What TV show theme song do you hear in your head after that? For me, it's sopranos. It always will be. Well, HBO just announced a whole bunch of stuff coming soon. First off,

Barry, my wife and I are always in the middle of a show. We typically watch one episode of something every night. And one of our favorite shows of the last few years is Barry. It's Bill Hader show on HBO. We haven't had a new episode in like three years. And they just announced that it's returning April 24th. Season three. It's coming. Finally, another thing that Ali and I watched a few years ago really liked was a docuseries called the staircase. It was a true crime thing about a suspicious death. Well, HBO just announced that they've turned it into a limited series, also called the staircase. Colin Firth and Tony Collat will star in the

movie. They've also got the time travelers wife on deck for us. Maybe you've seen the movie. Maybe you loved the movie. Well, pretty soon you'll get to enjoy a new version in the form of a six episode series. There's another new show coming to HBO next month called Julia about the life of Julia child.

Best impression. This one I'm pretty pretty pretty excited about the Larry David story. Yeah, it's a two part documentary series about his career and comedy from Seinfeld. The curb your enthusiasm everything in between. It's going to premiere March 1st. They also have a two part documentary about George Carlin on the way. And that concludes your HBO news.

Oh, this mold in other movie and TV news. The road runner and Wiley coyote are coming back and they're bringing John Cena with them. Cena is going to be in this upcoming animated slash live action movie called coyote versus Acme.

For all y'all Ted Lasso fans out there have a pretty great video in our Instagram stories right now Brett Goldstein is the actor's name you might know him as Roy Kent. He stopped by Sesame Street recently is a pretty grumpy guy. So naturally they paired him with Oscar the Grouch the two of them in trash cans. It's quick. But I love it. It's on Instagram right now at first thing pod if you want to see it.

And while the cast of Yellowstone is nominated for best ensemble in a television drama at the Sag Awards this year actor for AJ Smith who plays Lloyd the old cowboy on the show. He won't be attending. He said he isn't vaccinated and he doesn't plan on getting vaccinated.

In since that's a requirement. He'll be watching from home. And on the subject we just find out that the upcoming fifth season of Yellowstone will be split into two parts 14 episodes total and another spin off series of the shows coming soon.
