Bob Ferguson says he's ready to fight the Trump administration in court again.

As Ferguson, Washington's Attorney General, prepares to assume the role of governor,

he spoke publicly today about his plans. Ferguson says they'll go to court if Trump's administration

threatens reproductive freedom, environmental protections, and immigration status. And he noted

that his office won 55 cases against the previous Trump administration and lost three.

But Ferguson says it could be harder to push back this time because he doesn't expect the administration to make the same legal missteps.

That provided openings to us to prevail in court.

You know, this time around, I anticipate that we will see less of that.

He says Trump's judicial appointees may also be less receptive to the challenges.
