Bellingham areas. The National Weather Service has issued a cold weather advisory for 10 p.m. tonight

until 10 a.m. tomorrow morning. Seattle's expected low is 24 degrees. Woodenville's is 21, Everett's is 20, and Bellingham's is 17.

Warming shelters are open at least through the end of the day tomorrow in King County. Next chance of snow in our lowland
