Really long time ago. Because you just started, hadn't you? Yeah. Yeah. And we met in, I think it's changed hands now. We met in the treehouse hotel in Soho.

There's a secret place by the BBC where everyone like all the broadcasts used to go and like prepare for shows up in that. It's where all the pluggers go and meet the people from the BBC. It was actually, it's quite a weird little rest. It was really. It sounds glamorous but like it's very, very much not. You know what? You just give me a flashback that I think I got overanimated in that conversation. And I remember like other DJs looking across giving me daggers like and I realized oh this is not the

thing you don't talk loud it's like a library in their thing yeah but I got too passionate about

full and football club of course you did of course you did well look it's so exciting to have you on

obviously we're going to discuss the book, whatever will be will be.

It's, um, we go a bit more into detail, but it brought back some wonderful, but also slightly

repressed memories. Of course, it's about last season's FA Cup run, which doesn't end well for

Fulham, but I was almost just like, I had joy and pain, almost within about two chapters of each other. That's what football does for you. You hadn't noticed, but I'm actually wearing, this is a very small Fulham character. I wanted to wear the Fulham kit. Because it's not all just about Fulham, but Fulham do appear in it. I want it to wear the white Fulham kit, but they said it was two partisans

to be wearing a clearly a Fulham shirt. So that is the red and black kit. I'm trying to do the sort of 1975ish sort of vibe there. That's my Fulham nod on the cover. But yeah, there's plenty of Fulham in there. Oh, we're so excited to dive into it. It charters your journey last year of going from the extra preliminary round all the way to the final. Sadly, Fulham didn't go all the way in the FA Cup, but you did. Yeah, do you know what? It would have been too nice a story if Fulham had won it, I think now. It needed to have the Fulhamish heartbreak in it to tell the story of what the essence is supporting Fulham Football Club. So we've got the fifth round at Old Trafford, which obviously

and there was a lot of redemption in that moment, given what happened with Mitro and everyone two

years previously, winning on penalties, Old Trafford. And then the quarterfinal with Padley's
