And we always start with the top story.

This is actually getting to be a big story.

I think it's going to get even bigger.

Scientists just found the strongest evidence yet of life on an alien planet.

They call it a potentially landmark discovery.

They did this using the James Webb Space Telescope,

and basically they have observed chemicals,

the chemical fingerprints of gases that we have on Earth, gases that are only

produced by biological processes. Whoa, it's a planet called K218B. So it's out there. I guess

these gases are made here by algae. So who know? There might not be like aliens walking around

on K218B, but there could be life.

That's big.

These researchers specified that they're not claiming they found life simply that there is a chance

and that more observations are needed.

I mean, I don't want to give Katie Perry all the credit,

but this did come up the day after she got back from space.

She did something up there.
