We're starting today off with news out of the finest state in the nation, Florida, of

course, which just happens to be where I'm recording from today.

The White House says that they will appeal the decision out of the Florida federal court

to drop the mask mandate for federal travel, but only if the CDC asks them to.

To which the CDC responded, I'm guessing, no Justice Department, we've been over this

before.

We want you to want to appeal court rulings on our behalf.

Now would be a good time for a reminder that the judge who made this ruling is 35 years

old, and was labeled as unqualified to be a judge by the American Bar Association on

top of being appointed by Trump during his lame duck session after he lost the 2020

election, but before the coup, though.

So you know.

And if you're like, so how the hell did this woman even end up a judge?

Likely because her husband was one of Stephen Miller's most loyal allies in the White House

and at the DHS.

So you have to wonder who the hell is her husband, the Joker?

Next we have a story regarding Ron DeSantis' meddling with Florida's electoral maps.

Last week, DeSantis vetoed a compromise plan to redraw Florida's congressional districts,

and then called state legislators into a special session.
