I know it's July 4th coming up and everybody loves their swimming pool in their backyard

to have their picnics, family gatherings and it's been very, very popular this year.

Last year was crazy.

The number of pools that was built was the biggest change since 1947 when everybody came

back from the war.

The middle class had some free extra money and they started building pools.

Again, in 1947 was your first above ground pools that were built.

Subsequently, they were taken overseas during the Korean War and they were used in army

camps and when the GI's got back home, they knew that it was a very inexpensive way to

have a pool in your backyard and that just took off and exploded ever since then.

Above ground and in ground pools have been on a steady incline.
