But I think most people, I feel like it's like 60, 40 or 70, 30 or something like that, where it's not like it's an extreme outlier. Can you picture imagery in your brain? Like, if you think of Apple, do you see an Apple or do you just have the idea of an Apple in your head? I have to, like, hear it or see it or something like that come to mind i'm not just like hear an apple

doing shit and then it's like apple yeah like a studies estimate that roughly 30 to 50% of people

wow not have a constant running internal dialogue well some research suggests only five to

five to 10% of people completely lack an inner voice.
