We've got a terrific top by our very own Andrew Desiderio and Laura Weiss,

looking at John Thune, the Senate majority leader, and how his relationship with

the president is fraying over the Save America Act. A lot of pressure coming from Trump and his

allies for Thune to make some Senate magic happen. And the reality is they're far apart on

whether they can do that. Yeah, their ties are fraying.

Let's put it that way.

And it's all over the Save Act, which Trump has said is his top legislative priority.

And John Thune is realistic in saying it's not going to go anywhere.
