tournaments and such and joining me today very special guests I'm very excited to speak to one Sarah Flan co-host of

the two Sarah's podcast over at voices of wrestling.com and of course she is

actually a bowling tournament organizer, extraordinary

Sarah, how are you?

I'm good.

I think that's what we're known for now is organizing bowling tournaments

rather than our podcasting so.

So you are part one half of the two serras who would be the other sera?

That would be Sarah 4L or Sarah Classic as you know her.

Yeah, I think she kind of takes the lead on that one

for the bowling tournaments and stuff and I just because I am a bowler myself I just kind of slot in there is kind of the

known bowler of the group and I've had the pleasure of meeting Sarah Forel in person

along with her life partner Alan Farel this past summer in
