Andrew Thomas did restructure his contract yesterday.

Gave more space under the salary cap.

Six and a half million dollars, it looks like.

Just now, now the question is, are they doing that because they're going to give somebody

else a contract extension?

Are they doing that because they're going to try to acquire somebody else in a trade? I mean, you never know why teams do this other than to give them

some cap flexibility going into the season. Yes, and so we've got a lot of the OTAs going on around

the NFL, and soon enough we'll be talking about training camp and all things like that.

Meantime, we might find out who the Knicks opponent and the NBA finals will be tonight.
