Oh, You know I attempted to run on the Republican ticket and I was actually blocked by the incumbent who's a Republican and I successfully got on as an independent. And currently right now I'm in the Supreme Court of Ohio.

And I have filed a shoot as an independent for two reasons.

One, that as an independent candidate on the state ballot for November 8th for Secretary of State,

I should have the right to observe the polls, just like Democrats and Republicans go to the back room,

look at the machines, right, look at the ballots, which they're not doing, which is already

in violation. Spodis a few years ago had told the state of Ohio that they must afford the

same rights, but the second one is more interesting.

There's a law in Ohio that says that those that are candidates

have the right to inspect the counting of the votes, not the ballots, the vote.

And considering that the votes are being counted in these machines in a little black box that has counting software,

I have requested from the Ohio Supreme Court to provide me

access to that code so that I can see that it is counting ballots one for one.

And the decision should have been out on Friday.

It's now Thursday, 10 days to the elections,

and they still have yet to respond.

Now we use federal questions, which means

if they decide to go with the first one which is already too late

so they have caused me harm in my campaign by doing that but not the second

because they're federal questions it is a rocket docket to the Supreme Court of the
