which is merited and I'm not going to discount it, okay? Not at all. But it had no business

being in the habeas corpus and absolutely no business being there.

And what's interesting is, is that the judge not once but twice set, he's going to make his decision and utilize the people's amicus.

And guys, I worked on that for over a year, right? From the

minute of her pretrial, I was working on it. I had the arguments ready. I provided it to her

legal team when she was in her first basis. And, you know, obviously Stephanie Lambert,

who, by the way, was part of the discussion on the case, and I have no idea why.

Why would her attorney waste time talking about her when he should be talking about Tina Peters?

And remember, what a happiest corpus is is they're going there and saying, hey, her constitutional rights were violated, and therefore she should be let out on bail.
