Welcome to this week's episode of the higher self, where we're going to talk about healing and the

importance and the role that it plays in your journey to higher self. Now, healing is an important

part of the process, but healing doesn't begin until you first awaken. So if you didn't watch last

week's episode, make sure that you watch it now. And particularly, once you awaken, you take a look within yourself, you take a look outside

of yourself and you look at your life, whether it's your finances, the lifestyle that you

live, the spiritual balance that you have, the balance and relationship that you have with your

family, and you start to notice, you know,

things aren't right.

Or at least things aren't the way that I would like them to truly be, right?

And that's when the awakening process happens, when you start to look and finally realize that

the things that you were used to in your life are no longer fulfilling you and no longer making you happy.

Well, the next part is actually healing.

And, you know, how do you change your life?

You change your life by going into the past and healing the traumas that you had in the past.

Now, this isn't something that most people talk about.

And yet the reality is that all of us as human beings have been through trauma.

Maybe it was your parents got divorced and they used you to fight with each other on.

Maybe it was a situation where you were abandoned as a little child.

Maybe it was something as simple as your parents not being there for your baseball or soccer games and all of the other little kids having parents there.

Maybe it's you wanting to speak up and voice your opinion and your father telling you to shut up.

These are all things that cause trauma and whether we realize it or not, they block our energies, whether it's our core
