Our topic today is let's begin with taking a look at how we know if someone is an energy vampire.

If somebody drains your energy and how you can protect yourself from those people.

With several suggestions to you today.

First of all, let's define an energy vampire.

The vampires are all as Nancy and Sexy as Edward and Twilight.

We are talking not about actual vampires who suck your blood, but about vampires who suck your energy dry.

Actual people loved ones, family members, friends, co-workers, bosses in your lives, who literally will feed off your energy for their own benefit, usually unknowingly.

And one thing, Deb, and I always point out whenever we teach this class locally, is that sometimes we are that energy vampires as well.

Oh, absolutely. We all can be energy vampires without ever really intending to be when we are feeling weak or in need of support.
