What's up, everybody?

We've got another throwback episode for you today. This one is one of my

favorite episodes, favorite guest episodes I think I've ever done. It was with Simon Brundish. He is a

sport scientist and coach in the UK. And he was a listener of the podcast and he and he and I had been

going back and forth in DMs. And we were just talking about like load management and,

and his opinions on it.

And he just seemed super knowledgeable on everything to do with training and coaching

in sports.

That's what he does.

But like he was telling me things that I was like, man,

this would make a good podcast.

I was like,

do you want to come on the podcast?

He's like, sure.

And it ended up being a really, really interesting interview.

And I got, I think maybe the most positive feedback out of any guest interview we've ever done, just from people tweeting at us or DMing me saying like, man, that was really

interesting, didn't know any of that. So this was, again, my favorite guest episode from

the season. So definitely want to replay this. And I think it's super relevant to what the Yankees
