Chapter 2: This chapter was inspired by a conversation with former Syracuse Orange kicker Cole Murphy in the summer of 2019. In that conversation, Murphy explained that he felt all the best kickers had a “beach bum” like quality to them. The concept became the starting point for this entire podcast series.
