Romans chapter 15 verse 1.

We then, that are strong, ought to have bare the infirmities of the weak and not to please ourselves.

Let every one of us please his neighbor for his good to edification.

Paul starts out in chapter 15, and you might think,

what's he talking about?

But in context of Romans chapter 14,

he was talking about those that are strong and those that are weak.

And if you remember, the ones that are weak,

does anybody remember who were they?

Who was the weak one that Paul's talking about?

The vegetarians.

I was wondering who would say that.

Now, I'm with you on that one. That's what I would have said. But some of you I heard, you're the weak ones. I mean the holy ones that are, no, I'm just kidding. No, you were correct when you said, the legalist. Because remember it was the weak, what Paul said, those that are saying you can only eat vegetables.

It wasn't really as much about the vegetables

as much as restriction and saying, you know,

spiritually, you're carnal and sinful

because you're eating meat

and they were judging and sanctimonious

and looking down their self-righteous noses

at other people and Paul said, those ones are the weak ones.

But what are we supposed to do with the weak ones?
