Summary

The Pharisees try to trap Jesus with a false dilemma yet again as they ask Him about marriage and divorce. As Jesus responds to their question in Matthew 19:1-12, we learn God’s original intent for marriage, address the issue of divorce and remarriage, and hear what He has to say about singleness.

And man, if you're married, one of the things you're going to learn to be good at,

That's one of the best tips I can give you, you know, as far as marriage goes, is to be those

who are forgiving and like to forgive and are quick to forgive and not keeping long lists of

You know, making sure forgiveness is part of what you do is something the whole Bible really talks about.

And it's really the way the Lord is for us. Lamentations 3, 22, and 23 says it is of the Lord's

mercies that we're not consumed because his compassion's fail not.

They are new every morning. Great is thy faithfulness. The Lord is mercies are new every morning. Don't you love that?

I think that's why morning time is good. You know, well, I really messed up yesterday. But when you get up

in the morning, you can remember this verse. The Lord's mercies, his forgiveness is new every morning,

and great is his faithfulness in that area of being merciful continually. His mercies endure forever.
