And we're here today to talk about this episode.

An episode that has stirred passions far and wide, but in a much, much different way than last week.

Yes, so we're here today to talk about season 8, episode 3 of Game of Thrones,

The Long Night or the Medium night or the short night,

as it's come to be known among those of us who are not entirely pleased with the episode.

Medium night is great. I have never really thought about that. But yeah, basically it takes

place at about like two or three o'clock in the morning until about 630 or so in the morning

when the sun rises. So it's about a three-hour long night.

I mean, I guess nights are calculated a little bit differently in Westrose, maybe. I don't know.

Is that just... It's just that crazy fantasy world timing, Jeff. I'm sure a year went by on the span of a night,

something like that.

Something like that. Yeah, I mean, so this episode, man, last week I was saying to a few friends privately that if Game of Thrones was as good on whole as a Night of the Seven Kingdoms was as an individual episode, I wouldn't be sitting around pining for the wins of winter so much.

And, you know, for one week, one week, I didn't mind not having the wins of winter in my hands right now to look at it and read it and analyze it and tell everyone who has been wrong about things that they're wrong.

But after this episode, Emmett, I got to say I'm back to pining ever so strongly for the wins of winter.

Yeah, me too.
