somebody who's got a growth mindset is, I mean, you have that, obviously.

You work with a lot of people who are that way.

We see every opportunity, every opportunity, whether it's a mistake, whether it's a trauma,

whether it's something that wasn't fair, whether it's forces outside of our control.

We see it as an opportunity to learn and to grow. And like, that is a

decision that can happen. You don't need 20 years of therapy. I mean, I'm not saying people

shouldn't go get therapy. Like that can help them on their journey. But you can wake up today

and you can just decide today, I'm going to be the pilot of the plane of my life.

And the things that are in my control, I'm going to control.

And the things that are out of my control, I'm going to accept or, you know, see if I can influence changing them, but I'm not going to be spending all my energy on them.

And look at every single experience as an opportunity.

Like, what can I learn from this?

How can I grow from this?
