patient person, and I've really enjoyed interacting with her behind the scenes. So when I found out

that she had a book coming out, I was like, you have to come on the podcast to talk about it,

because I love a good biz-witchie story. I definitely feel a kinship with creatives, especially

creative entrepreneurs, creative solopreneurs, but also because

the name of her book is the emotional entrepreneur.

And she really encourages you to build the belief that you are safe in your emotions and

that your emotions are not bad and that you can thrive

in life in biz despite maybe having a mental health challenge which I know so many people do

these days we speak specifically about type two bipolar disorder which she was super generous and talking about i had a lot

of questions and she's the kind of person where you feel like you can ask those questions and get

not just an honest answer but like a useful answer I think that this is going to be useful for many of you.
