It's a brand new year. Well, it's mostly a brand new year. It's a couple days old.

And we are filled with optimism because we're simpletons. We're about to share with you some of what we're hoping happens in 2026. We always have an odd one in the crowd. So it's kind of odd. I just sightedly odd. Doesn't that strike you as a little bit odd? No, it doesn't strike me as a little bit odd.

It's the Bob and Sherry Oddcast with stuff we wouldn't, couldn't, or shouldn't do on the regular show.

Now, here's the Oddcast.

All of us have had big years, but I think as a group, as a show, 2025 might be one of the most eventful years that we've ever had.

I want you guys to consider that in the beginning of 2025, Bob retired.

And then the book end of the year was being inducted into the Radio Hall of Fame at the end of October.

So those two things together, those two big events together, are seismic in our career.

And then there have been lots of, you know, little things along the way and lots of big and

little things for each of us personally.

But I think as a show, we have to look back on 2025 and go, who, that was a ride,

wasn't it?

It was.

It really was.

And I think that just to be able to have collectively, you know, been able to get inducted into the Radio Hall of Fame.

And I know people are probably tired of hearing us talk about this, but it was such a monumental experience.

And I still have, I still have flashes to the induction ceremony and almost feel like it was some sort of

really crazy dream that I came and told you about one day.

Yeah, it doesn't seem real.

And Sherry and I, we got some awards for true weird stuff.

Some of them were kind of critic awards, which is kind of nice. Most of them were

critical awards. Yeah. Yeah. And you got the communicator award, which was for writing, and then
